10 JANUARY 2026

Happy New Year everyone.  We had a really great New Year Party on Wednesday I felt  – thanks to all of you for bringing food to share, to Julia for organising the drinks and to Freda, the two Richards, Sam and Karen for providing the entertainment.  Also, of course, hearty congratulations to Rosemary and Rosie for winning the photo quiz.

This coming week we will start with Rongo Mau, sing the Gower Wassail and “Juice-alem” (thanks to Dudley for finding this gem) and have a look at Green Man.  We will also choose two or three songs to sing at the Hospital Memorial Service next weekend.  These will be selected from I am a River, Hold On, Alleluia, This is Home and Go Placidly.  Words attached where necessary.
