26 APRIL 2025

Lovely singing on Wednesday once more and great to join with members of Palida and pupils from Abbey School for Shaftesbury’s first ever Cuckoo Walk on Thursday.  A lot of fun and very, very interesting too.   Ten out of ten.

This coming week we will sing Illa Lucem and Lighter than Hydrogen as our warm-ups once more. Both are pretty secure now. We will then work on Stille der Nacht and Don’t Worry Be Happy* along with Banana Boat Song, Eternal Flame + Evo banke to finish.  Words of these last three are attached.  Please print them out yourselves if you can and maybe a spare copy to pass onto the needy!  Other words, where needed, have been attached in recent weeks.

*This link will take you to a wonderful version of Don’t Worry which features children from around the world singing and playing along with “Music for Change” musicians
