Great singing at Motcombe last weekend – what an excellent fete is was – and good work last night too – no doubt inspired, at least in part, by the particularly spectacular view from the Town Hall windows. (Thankyou Matthew [tenor] for the attached photo.) Our two new songs, In My Life and Riverside, are going to be wonderful and it was good to revisit some old favourites too. Next week we will be singing Viva la Musica, Vive la Compagnie, In My Life, I wish I knew how, Don’t worry be happy, One man’s hands, Riverside and Hamba Nighale.

Ninebarrow will be performing at Springhead, Fontmell Magna on Sunday 14 July. Last year they sold out so if you are interested, do book early. They hope that the performance will be outside in the amphitheatre and you will be able to picnic in the grounds beforehand.
